Refund Policy

Books you purchase from WDP are eligible for return (see exception below) if we receive your request within three days of the date of purchase for an Ebook, three days from the date of delivery for a physical book, and you have a valid reason. Additionally, you must not have read more than 10 per cent of the book. If these conditions are met, we will issue you a store credit, or process a full refund to your card or PayPal account – whatever your preference.

​Exception

You must have a valid reason for returning a book. Determination of a valid reason will be evaluated entirely in our discretion based on the circumstances. We understand that there may be technology changes or that there may be other unforeseen reasons. We will not correspond regarding our determination. Not enjoying a book, not liking an author, not liking the book's cover , or thinking the author can't write are not valid reasons. Subjective interpretations and reasons based on personal taste or personal values are not valid reasons for returning a book.

ADD-ONS

Add-ons are products that have a nexus to one of the books published by WDP. These products are offered to enhance the reading experience. Typically, 30 days from date of delivery is the timeframe for requesting refunds. If the refund timeframe is different, WDP may post it on the product's page or cart area.
