EBOOK DELIVERY

Delivery Method: All ebooks purchased from Wollstone Den Publishing are delivered digitally via email, typically as a download link. No physical product will be shipped to your address.

Delivery Timeframe: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your ebook(s) immediately. In rare cases, such as during high demand or for technical reasons, delivery may take longer. Any issues, contact editor@wollstonedenpublishing.com.

Accessing your digital purchase: Instructions on how to access and download your ebook(s) will be provided after purchase. This may involve logging into your account, using a download link in your confirmation email, or following instructions on the product page.

Download limitations: To prevent unauthorized use, a limit is placed on the number of times an ebook can be downloaded, usually up to three times per purchase.

Refunds and cancellations: Ebook sales are generally final and non-refundable due to their immediate digital nature. However, technical issues preventing access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for resolution.

Secure transactions: Transactions are secured using SSL encryption.

PAPERBACK AND HARDBACK BOOKS

Delivery Method: No specific method is used. The method depends on many factors such as distance, size of book, quantity, weight, etc.

Delivery Timeframe: For orders shipped via Standard Shipping, it typically takes 1-2 days for processing and 7-8 business days for delivery. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used in most circumstances.

International shipping: When shipping internationally, customs fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

ADD-ON PRODUCTS

WDP selects these products as add-ons to the books by our authors. Not just any products are chosen and offered for sale. The original sellers of these products each have their own rules for pricing, shipping, and additional fees. WDP does its best to minimize these costs when it can. Delivery timeframes typically run from as few as 3 days and up to 14 days depending on a product's attributes, distance to location, and other intervening factors not under the shipper's control.
